The old saying, “Pictures speak louder than words” is the easiest way to describe the “Beach House”.  Located just 40m from the beach, with a view over the sea to catch a glimpse of Mindanao Island on a clear day, this two-storey luxury guest house is the perfect getaway for a couple or family who like the finer things in a holiday.  The 3 bedroom house is available in a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom configuration.  The large 40m2 Master Bedroom contains an in-built hot water equipped spa bath, and has a relaxed and soothing ambience looking straight out to sea.  Equipped with a queen-sized bed with inner-spring mattress, refrigerator and TV, as well as large split system Air-con, this room is perfect for a couple to share an intimate holiday.  The second bedroom (15m2) also looks out over the sea, has its own split system air conditioner, and queen-sized bed.  The third smaller bedroom(12m2) has a double bunk (single over double) and fan. 

The beautiful large bathroom has a state-of-the-art hot water system, large shower, and modern fittings.   Down-stairs is a kitchenette for those wanting to cook for themselves, as well as a second CR and shower, and dining area exclusive to the guests.  The pool is exclusive for Beach House guests between 8pm and 8am, and that can be extended by arrangement. 

This luxury house even includes your own butler(man-Friday) between 8am and 5pm.  Yes, there is no need to get your own drink, or to organize a trip to Apo Island … just ask your butler!!!
